1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using pipehq ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and pipehq Limited ("pipehq", "we", "us", or "our").

2. Description of Service

pipehq provides a business automation platform for plumbing businesses, including voice-based quoting, AI receptionist services, automated follow-up, scheduling, invoicing, and related features. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

Fees

The Service is offered at $900 NZD per month plus GST. This price includes all standard features as described on our website.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing period.

Trial Period

We offer a 30-day trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days notice. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service
• Interfere with the proper working of the Service
• Upload malicious code or content
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by pipehq and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on outputs from the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, pipehq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless pipehq from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Zealand.
